Selected from nearly 500 applicants across Africa, the 2025 African Research Academies for Women (ARA‑W) Fellows represent outstanding talent and leadership in STEM. The cohort includes Pamela Bugadam, Adjoa Sarpong, Patience Agyiri Andoh, Cornelia Quainoo Donkor, Grace Adjekum, Character Forfoe, Sandra Waterwood Acquah, Florence Akua Nimoh, Sally Tachie, and Shirley Sarah Dadson. Spanning fields from public health and engineering to biotechnology and environmental science, these Fellows embody ARA‑W’s mission to expand opportunities for women in STEM and strengthen the future of African research leadership.
